I'd vote for this ordinance.I just can't stand seeing these damn boys with their underwear showing. Some are dingy and damn 'tighty whity' style drawers too! They look so ignorant!
If there was a vote today, I'd be voting for the ordinance against the 'pants beneath the butt' wear.
Everyone doesn't agree with me and if more voted to allow the 'underwear exposed look', I'd just have to live with it (as I am)... I don't have to like it though.
Truthfully, we shouldn't have to legislate such a thing, but how in the world did parents allow their sons to aspire to jail attire?
